mechanism for tropical agriculture machinery

Can anyone tell me where i can found mechanisms for food processing machinery (website, books), i don't want to have to reinvent the wheel. I am interested in process for the tropical agriculture, such as decorticating of groundnuts, cracking of palm nuts etc. as widely use in the industry.
