i have problem with a centrifugal pump used as oil circulation pump for oil condenser it is fitted horizontal. once i stopped pumping vapor inside the oil condenser, the pump start to leak and i do not know the cause of this.

Blown seals due to seal wear from pumping vapors. Pumps are for liquids, not vapors. Seals should always be coated with liquid lubricant when pumping, or excessive wear will occur which is sure to eventually allow leakage.

Are you trying to say that, once you stop the pump, vapour formed inside the condenser and the mech seal starts to leak in static condition?
Need to provide more info such as oil properties, pumping temp, pressure, static pressure in the condenser , seal configuration etc.

i tried to say that, the oil circulation pump still running after the vapor stopped and the leackage start.
