Mechanical seal suppliers in UK

Hi - First post

We have an ongoing project which requires the use of a mechanical shaft seal. This is an OEM project for test equipment work. For this application the seal needs to withstand a pressure of 1.2MPa when static which will drop to ~0.7MPa in use. The shaft speed is low ~900 rpm, diameter 16mm. Not a terribly demanding requirement. So we just need to purchase a couple of mechanical seals for this. We will fabricate the housing and any other stuff. Will probably fill the seal cavity with light oil. Temperature range 0-30C (UK ambient - certainly my absolute limit ).
However it seems that unless we have a part number or the name of the piece of equipment its used in no one is interested especially as we only need 2 (one of them for a spare). So I thought I'd ask if any of you guys in the UK would know of a supplier willing to help us on this.

The seal size (ID) you request may be too small. You need to buy the smallest standard seal available and mount it on a shaft sleeve.
