I'm trying to set up a heat sink analysis. It's basically graphite fins with a base. At the bottom surface of the base, I want the temperature to be set at 90 degC and I want the thermal analysis to tell me how long it takes for the whole heat sink to heat up to 90 degC. If I use a heat load Thermal Load, it usesWatts instead of Temperature. If I add a prescribed temperature instead, it sets up a boundary condition instead of a Load set and the transient analysis crashes.

How do I set up a temperature as a Thermal Load in mechanica?
