MECHANICA INSTALATION

HI ALL


PLZ GUIDE ME THROUGH THE INSTALATION OF MECHANICA AND WILD FIRE2. I HAD INSTALLED COUPLE OF TIMES BUT WF ALWAYS MSG "MECHANICA INSTALATION NOT FOUND". DURING INSTALATION I HAD SET THE INTEROPERATEABILITY BUT THE MSG IS REMAINS.


CAN ANY BODY GUIDE ME HOW TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.

Did you set your Mechanica directory in your PTCSetup ?

i agree with FDDesign.u have to manually enter the path of Mechanica during the installation of pro/engineer itself so that when the setup of mechanica is running it automatically takes the specified path as it's loadpoint.the rest of the installation is the same.


i hope this solves ur problem.

bundle of thanx for the help especially FDDesign. I was making a mistake that in the path of mechanica I was pointing to the bin.


But now It is ok .
