Measurement System of Heavy Construction Equipment Gas Emissions

Hi guys

I reaally need help for this topic,
I have got a Project to find information about all the method that been use to measure the heavy construction equipment gas emission.
so far I only find one which is PEMS (Portable emissions measurement system), however there is not a lot of information about it, and how its work.

I need all the Method to measure the gas emission and
I need to know more about how the PEMS work

could some one help me PLEASE.

You need to specify exactly what kind of equipment, and under which jurisdiction the emissions are regulated. The year manufacture or commissioning of the equipment may be a factor also.

Its can be any heavy construction equipment such Wheel loader, bulldozer, Excavator and many more. and its can be any year of manufacture.
