Dear sir , I uncountred in my work as protection cathodic engineer a problem , pipeline coated in PE when i inject
-1.5V in the draine point i found in the extrimity -3V the pipeline alone there is no interferance and the soil is a send in south of algeria please if you have responce to this phenomena tell me please my email:zinou74@eudoramail.com
