There are references by many Chinese fan manufacturers to fans or blowers with references such as 9-26, 9-19, etc. I presume they are references to something like width and diameter dimensions, but there are no Google hits to US manufacturers when using the 9-26 designation .

meaning of "9-26" blower/fan

Delhi (or Lau, I can't remember) uses a similar designation on their fans: 915 would be a 9" wide fan that is 15" in diameter.
