MDMT for Alky reactors and contactors

Are there any special rules for determining the MDMT for alky reactors/contactors or can I just apply the rules of ASME VIII UCS-66?

hello,

the minimum operating temperature will be reached if the pressure vessel is opened to the atmosphere, on this calculated temperature a design margin should be added.

This is really more of a question for forum794 but as far as I know, VIII-1 does not require anything beyond UCS-66.
