MBBR Media Cleaning System

We are dealing with a inquiry, where our client requires MBBR Media Cleaning system, Please let me know how this cleaning system normally is ? as I have never come across such system, Please suggest vendors who can provide such system.

I don't understand why they require MBBR Plastic Media, as I don't see any scaling or choking our any issue that will upset the system.

Please advise.

I am dealing with Headworks Bio, but they dont have any Idea about this system.

I would suggest that you ask the customer specifically why they are specifying a media cleaning system. Someone may have thought it seemed like a good idea but in reality its rarely needed.
