Maxwell 2D v11 question

Hi all,

I am using Maxwell 2D for calculating transients on electromagnetic actuator in 2D planar XY, with rotation.
Problem is when i start solver, error message come up with: "There may have two layer interfaces between non-moving objects and band. You may add environment variable: TWO_LAYER_BAND".
Armature of the actuator is placed inside rectangular region which is a band for moving.
So where is the problem in model?
