If you were getting ambient wet bulbs like that I would say you were in the Persian Gulf. I think they recorded a record 95F dew point somewhere in Saudi Arabia, dry bulb was up around 120F.

Maximum wet bulb temperature shall be at the most few degrees lesser than the maximum dry bulb temperature.
