Max. working pressure for ANSI flanges and Pipe

I am trying to establish some guidelines to hydrostatic test pipe spools. Does anyone know where I can locate the design or working pressure limits for Pipe and Flanges?

You can refer to ASME B.16.5 up to 24 inches and ASME B.16.47 above 24 inches for flange working pressure and ASME B 31.for hydrostatic pressure test of pipeline.
