Max air pressure valve

Hi,
I am trying find a mechanical mechanism that when a desired pressure is reached within its container a switch or trigger could be activated. I want this mechanism to alert or active an auto shut off.

Thanks for any help, I've asked a few engineering friends; they know it exists but couldn't show or name the components.
