It is for issues such as this that COMPRESS provides a prominent Warning message in the calculations that the input design pressure varies across the chamber components when this condition exists. Sometimes this may be intended, most often not. But doing so presents problems with respect to ASME nameplate stamping, test pressure to use, pressure relief valve settings, safety, etc.
