Will the MathCAD add-in for SolidWorks work with MathCAD 14 and SolidWorks 2013 x64?
Are any esoteric procedures required to make it work?
If so, what procedures?

Try calling your VAR, or looking on the Solidworks Knowledge Base, I have never seen that question before.

Though my license is good, my subscription has expired. When I try to log on to the SolidWorks Forum, I get this inviting message:
"Your account has been disabled. Please contact a system administrator to resolve this issue."

Hi Anna,
I have had a post on the PTC MathCAD forum with no response to date. I want to use this add-in but do not want chance damaging my SolidWorks installation. If someone has tried this add-in I would like to hear from them. Though you can download it from their website, PTC does not support this add-in.

In addition:
The provided Word file supplied with the MathCAD Add-in says to register the dll file "Mathcad_15.dll";
but what do you do with all these other supplied files?

Interop.SldWorks.dll
Interop.SwConst.dll
Interop.SWPublished.dll
Mathcad_15.dll
Mathcad_15.tlb
Mathcad_15.xml
