Does anyone know where I can find a readymade materials database for Solidworks? It would be a lot easier than making my own with the clunky interface they already have.

matweb is a good source.
Email me at my site and I can send you one I created a while back.

CorBlimeyLimey and ctopher: That's funny, I looked some more on my own after I posted and found that exact site. However, you have to pay for the ability to export their data to Solidworks. I was kinda hoping to find something for free.

Sam,
Did the file I sent to you work OK for you?
