Can anybody tell me what is the difference between EN 10204 type 3.1 & EN 10204 type 3.2.

Either review EN10204 or google 'difference 3.1 3.2 certificate', Im sure it will answer your question.

Both certificates are validated by the manufacturer’s authorized inspection representative independent of the manufacturing department, but 3.2 certificate is validated in addition by either the purchaser’s authorized inspection representative or the inspector designated by the official regulations.
