I currently have an existing casting that according to the drawing is built IAW D.G.S 8081A Grade-1. I have been searching for the material's properties and have been unable to find any information. I belive that the DGS is short for Directorate General Ships Standard which was converted to Naval Engineering standards. Any assistance is greatly appricated.
