HOW OR WHERE CAN I GET MATERIAL PROPERTIES TABEL IN PRO/E ?

Are you trying to enter properties or getting properties for a given material. If you are trying to enter properties then you can do this by clicking on >setup>maerial. You can enter you material properties here. If you using promechanica then the software comes with its on material properties database. You can access this window by clicking in model>properties>material.

You can download material files for Pro/E here:

You can use these to assign material to a part. As Luis said, it's in Setup > Material > Assign.
