Hello everyone

In a simulation that elements' material properties (eg. Young's modules) change during the process (eg. bone healing process):
1. How can one visualize different material properties during or at the end of the process?
2. How could elements' properties be recorded in an output file?

Regards,
Yunus.

It depends on how you want to change these properties. Requesting field output of FV (predefined field variables) should work in most cases.

Hello dear FEA way

My question is about visualization.
Could you clarify your response by explaining more?

Thanks

If you are using field variables to change material properties then you can add the FV output variable to field output requests and display it in postprocessing. Field variables have numbers so if e.g. FV1 corresponds to Young's modulus then plotting it will tell you what the value of Young's modulus is for a particular frame and region.
