Material Properties of AF1,M2,D2 Carbide/Tool Steels

Hi Guys,
Could someone help me in finding material properties of AF1, M2 and D2 Carbide/Tool Steels? Specifically the Modulus of Elasticity, Poisson's Ratio, CTE and specially S-N (Stress/No. of cycles) Diagram?
We are doing a fatigue analysis simulation using ANSYS on Singulation Punch Blade having these materials.
Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.
