Hello

I am designing a tool holder for a motorcycle, that will come in contact with many chemicals on and around the motorcycle.
I have selected HDPE to manufacture it out of injection moulding.
Is there any other materials (plastic) that I could use.??? [smile2][smile2]

I would look at glass filled nylons.

Nylon is very resilient. It's considered 'tough'. The glass added to it makes it considerably stronger - same as rock in concrete.

Actually I think you could try PP too. It is widely used to produce this kind of box/case in China. ABS is expensive, while PE is not so tough like PP.
