Material parameter replacement

Now, I try to claculate multi-layer model for seepage-stress coupling problem on ABAQUS/standard ver 6.5.
During 3 step-calculation, I have to change some of material paramters manually on whole region at 3rd step, .
Would you please tell me the way to change the value of material parameter on inp file?
