I have problem about clading pipe.
wellhead operating pressure 1100 psig
CO2 content 21%
we will flow with 4" diameter CS API 5L X52 and to avoid corrosion we mean to use Lined Steel Pipe Clad.
which material clad match with this service?
316L, duplex ss or super duplex ss

Thanks

Either pipe can do the job. Costwise, it has to be studied. Normally duplex is more expensive than clad.
For carbon steel pipe, better performance is obtained if the cladding material is metallurgically bonded to CS (called clad) rather than mechanically bonded (called lined). Inconel 625 is even better than 316L, but it is 5 times more expensive.
