Hello,
I am interest if massage room needs ventilation and if needs how is the specification.

If consider the massage room is health club, then ASHRAE recommends 20 cfm/person and .06 cfm/sqft.

If it's an occupied space, then code requires ventilation.

Code allows you to find the closest related space type to use. Also realize that code may not state a required ventilation rate, but an exhaust rate will be required. If you exhaust, you need to make-up, and that's how ventilation ties into the equation.
