Mass production of Duct Bank Precast

We are planning to Cast more than 15,000 M3 of Duct Banks, it is equal to 25 Km of duct banks, I'm looking for mass production advices that helping us to move from the manual work ( slow production) to the mass production ( fast production), Any methods, techniques, tools can be helpful in boosting up the production rate.
