Mass flow through a square duct 1

Is there a basic equation for calculating the mass flow of air though a square duct. I know the velocity of the air (680 ft/min) and the duct size (24 by 24 by 10 feet long)?

density x cross-sectional area x average velocity

where density is expressed in mass not weight units.
