I am trying to reproduce some prior FEA results that were done in NASTRAN. There are a couple lumped masses that are connected to the structure via RBE3 elements. The Rigid Link is comparable to a NASTRAN RBE2 element, but is there anything comparable to a NASTRAN RBE3 element in WF2?

In WF2, I think the best you can do is a Mass element attached to the structure with a beam or an incredibly stiff spring.

In WF3, though, there is a Weighted Link. I haven't played around with this, but it should act like an RBE3.
