I've just joined a new assignment here in UK and they've given me task to review MAPEGAZ Valves repetitive failures. Currently, valves are regularly returning from overhaul at the workshop but failing in service. Could anyone updates me that who knows about the possible root cause of the failures /problems or the initial problem with the MAPEGAZ Valves.
