Manway - ASME SEC VIII DIV I

Hi all
As per UG-36(b)1, vessel id 60" or less than, the manway does not exceed 20".but if the manway exceed the 20" calculation as per appendix 1-7 need to be followed.
while doing analysis in PV-ELITE, how to guide the software to proceed with the calculation as per appendix 1-7 for the manway size greater than 20" in the 58" vessel.
