Manual vs Automated Valve Actuator?

I am looking to install a newco 8" class 300 gate valve operating as an isolation point on a 570psi hydraulic system. Is there a way to determine what the required opening torque at full differential pressure will be?

Basically, how do I know if the manual actuator will be suitable in this situation?
