I am using Bellow Sealed Type Manual Flow control Valves for a Thermic Fluid Circuit
I need to know the following with respect to manual flow control valves:-
1.Should the valves be one size lower than the pipe size?
2. What should be the pressure drop across the valve for a good flow control
3. What kind of seating should be provided for the valve?
4. What flow charcterstics should the valve have, like equal percentage , Linear, etc.
5. What is the principle of control of flow in a manual flow control valve
