managing 2 instances of NX with 1 instance of Excel each?

hello,

Is it possible to have 1 Nx using 1 excel running a DOI under VBA, and in the same time, prepare and launch a second NX + Excel to run another DOI?

or how to launch a 2nd Excel from the 2nd NX, but another excel instance, because the 2nd NX load the new workbook in the first excel instance (which already run a first DOI).

configuration:
Windows 7 pro
NX7.5.5.4
Excel2010
