sorry, understand English is not native tongue, but your question is not clear.
UVA and LCAA (whatever they are) would be designed for gusts. I'm not sure on the cert rules for UAVs (they wouldn't be Part 23), but there'd be some assessment of gust loads. I suspect the very smal UAVs would behave quite differently to gusts (hard to get a tuned gust, it'd be more like a micro burst ... a wholesale vertically moving mass of air). large UAVs would be like a small plane.

Sorry rb for not putting the question in a proper sense. Few UAV and LCA assets are designed (deliberately) for low Nz=2.0 or 2.5 or 2.8., because of weight consideration. In general they do not satisfy gust criteria at lower altitudes, going by standards. STANAG for UAV'S. What I understand from your response is " some gust load assessment would be done" to assess structural integrity and any aircraft should be designed for gust loads.
