Greetings all!

I know pretty well how to sew few sheets into a solid body, but now I'm a bit stuck with a different task. I have a sheet body which forms a closed volume and is a single sheet body. Technically there's nothing for the Sew option to work on, for it requires at least two sheet bodies. I think I'm missing something simple here. Any ideas?

If it really is a fully enclosed & valid sheet body, make a block larger than the sheet body so the sheet body is fully enclosed and then use trim to trim the solid back to sheet bodies faces.

Use Analysis -> Examine Geometry and tick all the body checks to make sure there isn't a problem with the sheet body first.

You could also try doing a 'Split Body' and then sew the two pieces back together.
