Majoring in Automotive Engineering?

Can you get a B.S. (or Master's) in automotive engineering? Or do you get another engineering degree and use it towards automotives? Are there any good universities in the U.S. for automotive engineering, or other engineering that relates to automobiles?
 
Try the schools around Detroit (Umich-Dearborn, Lawrence Tech, U-D/Mercy). I know that Umich-Dbn has a masters in automotive systems program, but it requires a bachelors in Mech Eng.
