Initial permeability increases but saturation lowers due to the curie effect -this coefficient is easily available.
Up to 200 - would expect little change of engineering significance. You may see a few percent drop in saturation - however - due to the lower coercivity and therefore permeability the B you achieve may be the same.
This is not so for nickel irons and other materials with lower curie temperature
