No, it is a Yaskawa P7 drive that used to be sold by Saftronics, but Yaskawa ended that relationship some time ago. Interesting that now they claim no knowledge of the product, it is theirs and the P7 in the part number is a dead giveaway. Sounds like poor customer service if you ask me, they should know better and try to cross you to their own version of the same thing. I guess they thought you just wanted support so they dumped you by playing ignorant. Might be a good time for you to switch brands all together.
It was just a standard V/Hz drive, maybe had some expanded communicatuions capabilities, but if you were not using them it would not matter. Try the Motortronics ME-2 or TECO FM-50 series drives. Inexpensive, relaiable and about the same size as the P7.
