Hello, For a given magnetic volume and the same grade ( for example N48) to have the biggest possible force, is it preferable to use a single big magnet wich makes the volume either use a pile (stack) of several magnets to make the same volume? thank you.

If you are using a rare-earth magnet, such as N48, it will make no measurable difference if the volume is a solid or a stack of magnets.
