how to make an impulse magnet without removing the rest assembly

We are going to recharge a AlNiCo magnet while keeping the structure in the same style and not removing the magnets and wound wires from the housing. We supposed that for recharging the magnets in their housing type we shall connect those wire around of magnet while they are plugged to a device like to the ports + -.

I want to know whether there are any device which can recharge our magnets as we desire?

Since you appear to be based in France, I'll recommend two companies in the European Union. Both of them make magnetizers that should work:

Are the pole orientations in/out of the plane of the plane shown, and the magnets have alternating poles, i.e., 4N and 4S?

This is not AlNiCo 8, right? Assembly made up of AlNiCo 5-6 often needs to be re-magnetized periodically after serving. Magnet manufacturers often keep the magnetizing fixtures and have various magnetizers to help their customers. Unless you have lots of assemblies, why bother buying a magnetizer yourself?
