Am I missing something or is this just a functionality issue. I am amazed that you cannot create macros in Solid Edge without the use of VB. Solidworks has the ability to create simple key stroke macros, with the ability to edit them after they have been created. Does anyone now if this is possible in Solid Edge, it would certainly cut down on redundant keystrokes and/or tasks.

I installed Macro-expert but have some questions for some more experienced users.

- Can the macros created be played on computers without macro-expert?

- can you run a macro without macro-expert running?

- can you make the playback not run in real time? ie speed it up?
