macros text justification

i have a macro to develop a plot and title block and the text justification is wrong. the text should be center,center but instead is left,top. i have found the line in the macro that has the text just and it reads:

msApp.MbeSendCommand "TJ=CC"

can anyone help me fix this?
the justification for the whole plot should be Center,center so any options that will make this happen are welcomed
