Macro: Export selected data from MS Project to SQL Server db

Does anyone know how to write a macro for MS Project to insert user-selected data from MS Project to a table in SQL Server db? If Macro could implement this? If not, what could achieve this? a Plug-in? I have no idea of how to write a MS Project plug in:(
