I have to calculate the compressive force exerted onto a neoprene gasket when a M6 nut is torqued to 4Nm

What are the materials and coatings for the fasteners? What are the fastener dimensions? You can use FAQ725-536 to get an estimate, although your elastomer gasket will be viscoelastic and will have a time-dependent force-deflection response.
