I wanted to know if any body knows how to work the MNC 95/c controller on this press, LVD 350/13 PPE HYDRAULIC 7-AXIS CNC PRESS BRAKE.

Read the instruction manual that came with it. It may be a book or on CD.
If you do not have the manual , go back to LVD for a reprint.
