Is anyone aware of any lubrication software that is capable of scheduling lubrication of a number of equipment in a plant environment based on input parameters. Eg: Lubrication frequency, equipment criticality etc
 
I think you might have to set this up yourself
as only you know how heavily and at what periods
of time that the equipment is being used. They
are related. The manufacturer should have given
you a guideline for the equipment when it was purchased.
Most equipment is not overlubricated and is the cause
of many failures.
 
LMS2000 is a very good lubrication software program that will schedule, raise job sheets, raise overdue work alarms, raise orders etc. When used with a electronic data logger using Dallas iButtons it becomes a true paperless reporting and recording system that can verify that the jobs are done.
