LRFD Seismic Bridge Design 2nd edition (2011) - TYPO? 1

There seems to be a typo in the charts on page 5-19 of the LRFD Seismic Bridge Design 2nd edition 2011 (see page 3 of attached doc);

The Ast/Ag curves can only represent percentage of resteel, so there's a 0 missing, and instead of 0.1 , 0.2 , etc it should read 0.01 , 0.02 , etc - right?

You're right. In the first edition - 2009 - they have the correct value. See attached.
