LPile - Pile extending out of ground

I have a pile design that is to extend 5 feet out of the ground and I was wondering how one would model this in LPile?

You would input the first soil layer starting at +5 feet instead of 0 feet.

What GPT said and just apply zero strength to the soil layer, i.e. zero friction angle, cohesion and youngs modulus. That would be one way but i am sure that there is a way to model the pile extending above ground level other than the above. I am sure if you sent a sketch to the help team they would tell you.

Calculate the equivalent moment due to a load located 5' above the soil and apply the equivalent moment and horizontal load to the pile that is modelled flush with the ground

In the Soil Properties window, for Soil Layer No. 1, in the column labeled "Vertical depth below pile head of Top of soil layer (ft), enter "5".
In the design of the pile itself, don't forget to take into account the unbraced length of the pile, which will
be min. 5 ft. + ineffective depth of top layer of soil (loose layer).
