LPG Sphere Spray Filling

In our refinery we are going to convert the LPG filling operation in existing spheres from bottom filling to spray filling. What is the best option to do this modification. Should we use existing bottom nozzle for spray filling operation or install a new nozzle at the top?

Sphere Details are as follows:

Dia = 60.5 ft
Capacity = 20,000 Barrels
Filling Nozzle = 8 inch
